Next.js and React developers in Mississauga

We build websites, online stores and web applications in Next.js, React and TypeScript, and that's the whole stack. The builds further down this page run on it, and so does this site, so the person quoting your project has shipped this exact setup before. Pages are rendered on the server, which is most of why they load fast and why Google and AI crawlers read them without trouble. Once the project's paid for, the code is yours, and hosting at small-business traffic costs little or nothing.

The case for it

Why we build on Next.js

A React app rendered in the browser sends a nearly empty page and builds it with JavaScript after it arrives. Google will usually wait for that. Most AI crawlers won't: they read the first response and move on, and a page that only exists after a script has run is a page they never see. Next.js renders each page on the server, so the full content is in that first response, for a customer on a slow phone and a crawler alike.

It's still React. The components, the tooling and the pool of developers who know it are the same ones any React developer already works with, so what you end up with is a codebase someone else can pick up. That's a deliberate goal rather than a promise: if you ever move on from us, you hand over a repository, not a puzzle.

Speed is the other half. We hold every build to 99 or better across Lighthouse Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO, measured before launch, with the numbers handed to you. There's no plugin layer adding scripts to every page, which is where most slow business sites lose their speed.

The work

What we build with it

  • 01

    Business websites

Sites with a page for each service and area you cover, structured data that describes your business to machines, and a content editor your team can use without calling us.

  • 02

    Online stores

Custom storefronts with Stripe checkout, customer accounts and a database you own, for when a hosted platform's templates and transaction fees stop fitting the business.

  • 03

    Web applications and dashboards

Client portals, booking and quoting tools, and internal dashboards: React front-ends on a typed API, with sign-in and permissions built properly from the start.

  • 04

    Rebuilds of slow sites

Moving off WordPress, Wix or Squarespace, with every old address mapped and redirected so the rankings the old site earned come with you.

Answers

Next.js & React questions we get asked

Is Next.js good for SEO?

Yes, when pages are rendered on the server or generated ahead of time, which is how we build every one. The full content, titles and structured data are in the HTML the first time a crawler asks for the page, so nothing depends on it running JavaScript. Next.js won't rank a site on its own; it removes the technical reasons a well-written site fails to.

Can I edit a Next.js site myself?

Yes. Text, images, blog posts, team members, services and anything else that changes go through a content editor, and none of it needs a developer. What you can't do is redesign a layout or add a new kind of section yourself. That's a small change request rather than a weekend in a page builder.

Where is a Next.js site hosted, and what does it cost?

On a platform built for it, usually Vercel, which is free or a few dollars a month at typical small-business traffic. There are no per-plugin licence fees. Your ongoing costs are the domain and, if you want one, a maintenance plan, and we tell you the real number before you commit.

Are you freelancers or an agency?

A small studio in Mississauga, operating since 2019. You deal with the person building your project from the first call to launch, with no account manager in between, which is usually what people hiring a freelancer are after. You also get a written scope, the full price before work starts, and a business that's still here after launch.

Do you build mobile apps in React too?

Yes, in React Native, which uses the same component model as React. One codebase ships to both the App Store and Google Play. It has its own page under Mobile App Development, including when a mobile website would do the job instead.
