Brand Enhancement

Work on the layer everything else runs through. A logo and colour system that hold up at every size, a clear line on what you do and who for, one consistent look across your site, ads, social profiles and documents, and deliberate attention to what a buyer finds when they check you out: the reviews, the profiles, and the description an AI assistant gives when someone asks about you. This is not a rebrand for the sake of one. It is the difference between marketing that has to argue for you and marketing that is believed on sight.

Who it's for

  • Businesses whose logo was made once, quickly, and never revisited
  • Companies that look like a different business on every channel they appear on
  • Teams that cannot explain what makes them different in a single sentence
  • Anyone with a thin or unmanaged review profile in a category where buyers check first

What's included

  • Logo and wordmark design, or a refinement of the one you already have
  • A colour, type, and imagery system, with the files and the rules for applying it
  • Positioning and messaging: what you do, who for, and why you over the alternative
  • A consistency pass across site, ads, social profiles, decks, and documents
  • Google Business Profile and social profile setup, filled out properly rather than half-claimed
  • A repeatable review generation process, so asking customers stops being ad hoc
  • Reputation monitoring: what search results and AI assistants currently say about you
  • Brand guidelines your team, and any future supplier, can actually follow
Process

Our approach

  1. 01

    Audit

We look at your brand the way a prospect does: search results, socials, site, reviews, in that order.

  2. 02

    Define

Positioning and messaging agreed in writing before any visual work begins.

  3. 03

    Design

Identity, colour, and type built as a system rather than handed over as a single logo file.

  4. 04

    Roll out

Applied across every surface, with guidelines so it stays consistent long after handover.

Brand Enhancement questions we get asked

Do I need a full rebrand or just a refresh?

A refresh, in most cases. A full rebrand makes sense when the name no longer fits what you sell, when you're merging, or when there's reputation you actively need to leave behind. Everything else is usually a consistency problem rather than an identity problem: the logo is fine, it's just that the site, the ads, the invoice template, and the Instagram profile are four different-looking businesses. Fixing that is cheaper, faster, and doesn't cost you the recognition you've already earned.

Can you work with the logo I already have?

Usually, yes. A lot of logos aren't bad so much as unfinished: they exist as a single low-resolution file with no variants, so they break the moment they're needed small, on a dark background, or as an app icon. Refining the existing mark and building the missing pieces around it keeps the recognition you already have. If it genuinely can't be salvaged, we'll say so and explain why rather than redrawing it to bill for the redraw.

What files do I get with a logo?

Vector source files that scale to any size without degrading, plus exported raster versions at the sizes you actually need. That includes horizontal and stacked arrangements, a standalone mark for square spaces like social avatars and favicons, and light and dark versions. You get the working files rather than flattened exports alone, so any designer you hire later can pick it up without starting over. Colour values and usage rules come with it in writing.

How do I get more Google reviews without being pushy?

Ask everyone, immediately, and make it one tap. The two things that suppress review counts are asking late, when the goodwill has faded, and asking in a way that requires effort, like telling someone to search for you. Send the direct review link from your Business Profile dashboard within a day or two of finishing the work, from the person the customer actually dealt with. Never offer anything in exchange, which violates Google's policy and can cost you the reviews you already have.

How do I find out what AI assistants say about my business?

Ask them, systematically rather than once. We run a consistent set of prompts about your business and your category across the major assistants and record what comes back: whether you're described accurately, whether outdated information is being repeated, and whether competitors are recommended in your place. Wrong answers usually trace back to a specific stale source, an unclaimed directory listing, an old address, or a description that contradicts your site, and those are fixable once you know which one it is.
