PPC and Paid Media
Paid campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Meta, and LinkedIn, built together with the page the click lands on and the tracking that measures it. Performance Max, Advantage+, and Smart Bidding are AI systems, and they now make the targeting and bidding calls a media buyer used to make by hand. That changes the job rather than removing it: those systems optimize toward whatever signals you feed them, so the real work is conversion tracking that reports the right thing, offer copy a model can actually parse, and a landing page built to convert, because the AI reads that page to decide who your ad gets shown to. Most underperforming accounts are not losing money on bidding. They are feeding a machine bad data and getting back precisely what they asked for.

Our approach
- 01
Plan
Offer, audience, and budget mapped against a target cost per lead before the account is touched.
- 02
Build
Campaigns, ad copy, and landing page built as one system, with conversion tracking verified first, since it is the data the platforms' AI optimizes against.
- 03
Launch
A controlled start with capped budgets while the data is still thin, rather than full spend on day one.
- 04
Optimize
Weekly management against cost per lead, reported monthly in plain numbers you can check.
What to expect
Enquiries arriving while the organic work is still building
A cost per lead you can actually see, per campaign and per channel
Google's and Meta's AI optimizing toward real revenue instead of whatever it was mistakenly told to count
Ad traffic landing on a page built to convert it instead of a homepage
Fees, spend and ownership, in plain terms
You pay us a management fee. Your ad budget is paid by you, directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn, on your own account, and we never mark it up or take a percentage of it.
Management is month to month with 30 days notice. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
The ad accounts, their history, the audiences and the conversion data are yours, from the first day and after we stop.
Landing pages we build for the campaigns are yours once paid for, code included.
Every figure we quote is before HST, which is added at 13% on Canadian invoices.
PPC & Paid Media questions we get asked
What is a realistic monthly ad budget to start with?
It depends far more on your category than on your ambition, because the cost per click is set by what your competitors are willing to pay. A local service business in a moderate category can learn something real from a small starting budget. Legal, insurance, and cosmetic categories cost multiples of that per click and a thin budget there buys too little data to optimize against. We work backwards from a target cost per lead and tell you honestly if the number you have in mind is too low to be worth starting.
Do you mark up my ad spend?
No. Your media budget is paid directly to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn on your own card, on your own account, and we never touch it or take a percentage of it. You're billed for management only. This also means the accounts stay yours: if we stop working together you keep the account, the history, and the conversion data, which is the part that actually took months to build.
How soon will I see leads from Google Ads?
Clicks arrive the day you launch. Useful leads usually take two to four weeks, because the first stretch is deliberately a learning period where the campaign is gathering the conversion data that Smart Bidding and Performance Max optimize against. We start with capped budgets rather than full spend on day one for exactly this reason. Judging an account in week one is how people turn off campaigns that were about to work.
Should I run PPC or SEO first?
If you need enquiries this quarter, PPC, because SEO takes three to six months to compound and you can't pay this month's bills with it. If you're building something durable, SEO, because paid traffic stops the day you stop paying. Most businesses that can afford it should run both: the ads produce revenue now and the keyword data from them tells you which search terms actually convert, which makes the SEO work considerably less speculative.
Can my ads point at my homepage instead of a landing page?
They can, and it's usually the reason an account underperforms. A homepage is built to serve every visitor and to let them wander, which is the opposite of what paid traffic needs. A landing page built to one goal, with no nav to escape through and a message that matches the ad word for word, routinely converts several times better on the same spend. The platforms' AI reads that page too when deciding who to show your ad to, so a vague page also produces worse targeting.
