What we look at
Conversion tracking
Whether the account is counting the things that make you money, counting them once, and passing them back to the platform's bidding. Most underperforming accounts fail here first.
Where the spend goes
Search terms, placements and audiences that are spending without producing anything, and the negative keywords or exclusions that should already be stopping them.
Account structure
Whether campaigns, ad groups and budgets are arranged so the platform can learn from them, or split so thinly that nothing ever gets enough data to optimise.
Ads and landing pages
Whether the ad, the page it lands on and the offer say the same thing, and whether the page is built to convert the click or to let it wander off.
Budget and pacing
Whether the budget is spread across too many campaigns, capped where it should not be, or being spent by lunchtime on days it should last until close.
What you get back
A written summary
One to two pages in plain language: what is working, what is leaking, and what we would change first, second and third. Yours to keep and to hand to whoever manages the account.
A thirty-minute call to go through it
With the person who did the review. Bring questions. If the account is in good shape we will say so, and that is the end of it.

How access works
We reply within 24 hours to confirm what we need. Some accounts can be reviewed from the outside, from the ads themselves and the pages they land on. Where the review needs to see inside the account, we send you the steps to invite hello@growmintech.com as a read-only user through the platform's own access controls, which you can revoke in one click afterwards. We never ask for a login, and we never ask for a payment card.
The written summary usually follows within a week of getting access. It is a review, not a forecast: it says what the account is doing now and what we would change, and it does not promise savings or results before the work is done.
